Gunning and district residents are encouraged to have their say on the ULSC Streetscape Themes Guide for the shire’s towns and villages. The guide was developed by Fresh Landscape Design, following consultation with residents and stakeholders via community meetings.

Upper Lachlan Shire Council’s general manager John Bell said the guide, which includes landscape design principles, will direct future improvements to the town centres of Crookwell, Gunning, Taralga, Bigga, Binda, Collector, Laggan, Dalton, Grabben Gullen, Tuena, Jerrawa and Breadalbane, and allow the towns and villages to retain their unique charm.
Submissions are due by Monday, February 26, and can be made in writing to: JK Bell, General Manager, PO Box 42, Gunning NSW 2581 or council@upperlachlan.nsw.gov.au.
The ULSC Streetscape Themes Guide and Improvements- Community Engagement Report are available to view on council’s website (www.upperlachlan.nsw.gov.au/council/other-public-documents), at council’s offices and Gunning Libraries.
