Outstanding Young Entrepreneur (aged 18-35), who owns or part owns a successful business and shows outstanding entrepreneurial spirit, strategic direction and innovative ideas.
Outstanding Business Leader (aged 36-plus) recognises the positive contribution made to business by business people and professionals.
Excellence in Social Enterprise for commercial activities, products or services (other than grants and donations) fund social purpose activities.
Start Up Superstar is open to a business (under two years) that has a solid chance of market success and strongly displays entrepreneurial spirit.
Excellence in Sustainability for working to reduce the impact of operations and/or products and services on the environment.
Excellence in Small Business (up to 20 employees) for significant growth as evidenced by specific strategies and processes in the previous 24 months.
Outstanding Employer of Choice for strategies and initiatives to create stimulating and supportive workplace environments, with a demonstrable positive impact.
Outstanding Access and Inclusion for significant efforts to improve accessibility for people with mobility and related issues or challenges.
Winners will be announced on July 4 at the Yass Valley Business Awards night.
It is not a requirement for nominees to be a chamber member, but to progress to the next round of regional awards, category winners will need to be a chamber member.
