Numbers to the Yass Show and PBR Bull Ride were higher than ever before on Saturday, March 23, according to the show's vice president, Catriona McAuliffe.

The organisers estimated 1800 people passed through the gates to see world champion bull riders enter the ring and the other livestock, vegetables, cakes, preserves, flowers, wood chopping and farming machinery on display.
Mrs McAuliffe said the show is designed to showcase and teach people about agriculture.
"I still think it's one of the best local agricultural shows", she said.
