A man is facing charges for the fraudulent sale and delivery of more than $86,000 worth of livestock feed in the state's west, including Yass Valley.

The 29-year-old Parkes man, Stephen John Swindle, is on conditional bail and will appear again in Parkes Local Court on July 15.
Police allege that Swindle, running a registered transport business, failed to deliver hay and grain and/or defrauded sub-contractors in the delivery of hay and grain, valued at more than $86,000, which was purchased by farmers in Yass Valley, Dubbo, Wellington, Moulemein and Parkes.
Multiple reports prompted an investigation by the Rural Crime Prevention Team and Swindle was arrested at Dubbo Police Station on March 28.
He was charged with ten counts of dishonestly obtaining financial advantage by deception and first appeared at Parkes Local Court on May 20, where he was granted conditional bail.
