Students in team Jugiong 1 took out first place, ensuring the school held onto the cup for a second consecutive year.
Jugiong Public School teacher Geoffrey Dewar said his students competed well all day.
Held at Binalong Community Club, Murringo Public School secured second place while Bongongo Public School took out third place.
There were seven public schools in this year's competition with Bowning, Stockinbingal, Monteagle, Binalong and Wallendbeen also playing.
Everyone celebrated at the end of the competition with a special 10th-anniversary cake, organised by Binalong Public School's Parents and Citizens' Association (P&C).
A cup founder Leon Arabin said it was "excellent" the competition was still running.
"Another 100 years would be good," he said with a laugh.
"I had always hoped it would go on for this long when we first started. It's great for the students, parents and teachers to catch up with one another and have some fun."
The Arabin Cup began in September 2009 on Binalong Oval. It quickly grew from about five schools in the first competition and subsequently moved to the community club, Mr Arabin said.
The idea was to enable students from small schools in the area to meet and compete with one another.
"Even the kindies can play with the older kids," Mr Arabin said.
His son Jake Arabin was on the winning side in the competition's first year and watched his nephew Lachie Ings play on Friday. Mr Arabin was proud to have three generations present.
Binalong Public School P&C's Madaline Brayshaw has volunteered at the Arabin Cup for seven years.
"It's a very big asset to the school to keep having it every year. The students get a lot out of it and it's nice having it at the end of term. It's a good day out," she said.

It was Jugiong Public School teacher Mr Dewar's first time at the Arabin Cup.
"I was very impressed with the facilities, setup, differentiated rules and fair play employed by all students and spectators. Many thanks to the parents who assisted our teams, the Arabin family, Binalong Public School and the Binalong community," he said.
