Adam spoke about winning the Australian Good Food Guide Chef Hat Award again and how hard it is to keep one of the awards, year after year.
You never know what day or time the judges will come. They have set the bar high and continue to keep it there.
One of the great things about running a business and a reason why I am involved in the chamber is when businesses work together and complement each other.
A great example of this is the way Clementine, Yazz Bar and The Globe Inn collaborate to provide a great place to stay (credit to Greg and David), drink (credit to Penny and Harvey) combined with a great place to eat at Clementine.
People travel to Yass from far and wide to experience these three businesses hand-in-hand. I love this and would love to see more businesses in the Yass Valley working together, because together much more can be achieved.
We are really looking for feedback from our members and non-members about what they would like to see from the Business Chamber. Please get involved and help us help business in the Yass Valley.
