In fact, according to research conducted by Tourism Australia, 20 per cent of Australian adults live with disability or long-term health condition, and 75 per cent of them travel regularly. Tourism and Events Queensland firmly believes travel should be "good' and "easy" for everyone and has just launched a new podcast, Accessed That, exploring what it's really like to travel while living with a disability. Hosted by Oliver Hunter, stand-up comedian living with cerebral palsy, and Paralympic swimmer Karni Liddell, the podcast also aims to educate the tourism industry about the needs of travellers with disability as well as inspire those with accessibility needs to explore the world without constraints.
