Police noticed the Audi sedan driver at 2.30am in the northeast Melbourne suburb of Kingsbury on November 6.

Police used stop sticks to deflate the Audi's tyres after unsuccessfully attempting to pull the car over.
The driver dumped the car and took off on foot. He was found by the Dog Squad a short time later, police said.
Arrest leads to puppy theft breakthrough
Investigators uncovered information about three puppies stolen from a home in Footscray during the arrest of the 25-year-old Reservoir man.
Police searched the home of a 36-year-old woman in Reservoir where the German Shepherds were recovered.
The 25-year-old driver was charged with theft, conduct endangering life, possessing a drug of dependence and traffic offences.
He was remanded in custody to appear before the Heidelberg Magistrates' Court on December 12.
The 36-year-old woman was arrested and charged with handling stolen goods and was bailed to appear before the Heidelberg Magistrates' Court on February 15, 2025.
