A teenager allegedly involved in a high-speed car chase has been arrested after police caught the suspect stuck on a fence.

Police, who spotted the 19-year-old driving a Holden Commodore in Frankston, Victoria at 1.15am on November 11, started their pursuit after he allegedly sped away.
The teen sped through Keysborough, Springvale and Mulgrave in Melbourne's southeast at up to 200 kilometres an hour while Air Wing officers followed using aerial scans, police said.
Police believe a passenger ran from the car before it was dumped in an industrial estate.
The driver allegedly jumped in a stolen Land Rover Evoque to continue the getaway but police deployed stop sticks at the industrial estate exit.
The teen allegedly drove on shredded tyres until he crashed into a fence at Westall Train Station.

He tried to escape police on foot but was arrested after getting stuck on a fence bordering the train line, police said.
He is expected to be charged with reckless conduct endangering life and serious injury, driving at speed - dangerous, dangerous driving while being pursued by police, failing to stop on police direction, unlicensed driving, theft of two motor vehicles and drug driving.
Police will make an application to remand the driver in custody, investigators said.
