The Kogarah man, 49, was involved in the alleged outburst at Australian Federal Police (AFP) officers at Sydney Airport.

Police went to Domestic Terminal 2 at 6pm on May 2 after receiving a request for assistance about an intoxicated man.
As AFP officers attempted to speak with the man, he became verbally and physically aggressive, police said.
The man was arrested and charged with obstructing Commonwealth public officials and causing a public nuisance. He faces court on June 16.
The maximum penalty for the crimes included two years' imprisonment and a $3300 fine, police said.
Antisocial or aggressive behaviour towards police, workers or members of the public would not be tolerated, AFP Detective acting superintendent Davina Copelin said.
Travellers and workers should not have to deal with bad behaviour from others. If you attack police officers or anyone else, expect consequences," she said.
"Police will act swiftly when alerted to these incidents, whether they are on the street or in airports."
If you see it or hear it, report it to Airport Watch at 131 237 (131 AFP).
