At competitions end there was red on the scoreboard in each of the three scheduled events, with the standout being a perfect score of 150/150 in the Point Score by visiting veteran shooter Les Irvin from Barellan.
80-odd years of practice also paid dividends for veteran Yass member Bob Churchill who put together a very methodical 25 straight to win the B Grade Single Barrel event outright.
Regular visiting shooter John Thistleton must be congratulated for his efforts on Sunday.
Not only did he very kindly donate the raffle prizes but he also featured in (and won) his first ever competition shoot-off in the C Grade Single Barrel event. Well done John.
