The shop will be open seven days a week, from 7am to 9pm on weekdays and Saturday, and 8am to 9pm on Sunday.
It will open at 9am tomorrow to allow staff more time to set up, store manager Fiona Zacher said.
Yass IGA will reopen under corporate ownership initially, with negotiations with a private owner ongoing, a spokesperson for Metcash said.

The spokesperson couldn't give a time frame for when the private owner would take over.
They also wouldn't say how many expressions of interest Metcash had received from interested buyers.
There have been no jobs lost or resignations since the shop closed, Ms Zacher said.
Ms Zacher said she had hired several new employees.
Metcash sales and operations manager NSW/ACT Ashley Thompson said he expected more staff to be hired once Yass IGA was back up and trading fully.
New 'IGA Yass' signs were being installed outside of the shop on Tuesday, dropping 'Supa' from the name.
Mr Thompson confirmed the shop would now be called IGA Yass instead of Supa IGA Yass.
He said it would have the "same offer as before" despite the name change.
Staff have been refilling the shelves for the past three weeks, Ms Zacher said.
It was all hands on deck on Tuesday to finish for the reopening.
"So the problems we had before are gone," the spokesperson said.
There will be ready-made meals, a more premium deli range with on-demand meat slicing, a new bakery range and the shop has been 'decluttered', Ms Zacher and Mr Thompson said.
Those who held IGA shop cards were unsure whether they needed to redeem the money and points before Yass IGA closed in July.
IGA shop card points will be honoured, Ms Zacher said.
Ms Zacher, businesses and shoppers in Irvine Square said they were pleased to see Yass IGA reopen.
"I'm excited", Ms Zacher said.
Chamber Cellars owner Mick Gaffney said he had missed out on foot traffic while Yass IGA was closed.
He was thankful to customers who stayed loyal to his business during the period.
"They stayed true and blue," he said.
Mr Gaffney said he thought it wouldn't take long for Irvine Square to return to normal once Yass IGA reopened.
"I think customers will return as long as they do the right thing price-wise," he said.
Eighty-four-year-old Ian Lumsden lives at Old Linton and used to walk to Yass IGA, but has been driving to ALDI and Woolworths while the shop was closed.
"I'll start walking down here again. It's good exercise. It will be good for the town and businesses when it reopens," he said.
Another Irvine Square customer, Marje Holgate, said it would be good to have Yass IGA back.
"We've come here sometimes and the car park has been empty. I think it's affected businesses," she said.
